These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water ("the App"), provided by EEB Consultancy LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. The App
Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water provides speaker cleaning, audio generation, sound measurement, vibration, reminder, and speaker testing tools.
Features may include Water Eject, Dust Cleaning, Auto Clean, Vibration Cleaning, 7 Day Cleaner, Tone Generator, Noise Meter, Speaker Test, and Left Right Test.
2. Speaker Cleaning Disclaimer
Speaker cleaning features use sound frequencies and, where applicable, device vibration that may help expel trapped water or loosen dust and debris.
The App does not guarantee that water, dust, debris, moisture, or other material will be removed from your device.
The App is not a hardware repair service and cannot diagnose or repair physical, electrical, liquid, or other damage to your device.
If your device has significant liquid exposure, physical damage, persistent audio problems, overheating, or other hardware issues, stop using the affected feature and seek assistance from the device manufacturer or a qualified repair provider.
3. Safe Use
Some features generate audible tones at different frequencies. You are responsible for using the App at a reasonable volume and in a safe manner.
Avoid placing the device speaker directly against your ear while cleaning or test tones are playing. Excessive sound levels may cause discomfort or contribute to hearing damage.
You should stop using a feature if it causes discomfort or if your device behaves unexpectedly.
4. Tone Generator
The Tone Generator is provided as a general-purpose audio tool. Tone output can vary depending on your device, speakers, headphones, connected accessories, volume settings, and audio routing.
The Tone Generator is not professional testing, calibration, medical, diagnostic, or laboratory equipment.
5. Noise Meter
The Noise Meter provides an approximate sound-level estimate based on microphone input from your device.
Results depend on device hardware, microphone characteristics, environmental conditions, and other factors. Measurements are not calibrated sound pressure level measurements and should not be treated as professional or certified measurements.
The Noise Meter must not be relied upon for hearing safety, occupational safety, regulatory compliance, medical decisions, or any situation requiring a calibrated sound level meter.
6. Speaker and Stereo Tests
Speaker Test and Left Right Test features are intended to help you check basic audio output and channel routing.
Channel separation depends on your device and connected audio hardware. Built-in speakers may not provide complete left and right channel separation.
Test results do not constitute a diagnosis of the condition of your device or audio hardware.
7. 7 Day Cleaner and Reminders
The 7 Day Cleaner is a convenience feature that organizes supported cleaning modes into a routine. It does not guarantee improved speaker performance or prevent hardware problems.
If you enable Daily Reminder notifications, reminders are provided only for convenience. We do not guarantee that a notification will be delivered at a particular time or under all device conditions.
8. Microphone Permission
Certain functionality, including the Noise Meter, requires microphone access.
You may deny or revoke microphone permission through your device settings. Features requiring microphone access may not function without that permission.
9. Free Service
The current version of Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water is provided free of charge and does not require a subscription or in-app purchase.
We may modify the App, its features, or its business model in future versions, subject to applicable law and applicable App Store requirements.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with, damage, disable, or circumvent the App's functionality or security.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, graphics, branding, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to EEB Consultancy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.
12. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features of the App from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, compatible with every device, or operate without interruption or error.
13. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will remove water, dust, moisture, debris, or other material, restore speaker performance, repair hardware, produce professionally accurate sound measurements, or meet every user's requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EEB Consultancy LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, device damage, hardware damage, loss of use, hearing-related harm, or other losses resulting from misuse of the App or reliance on its cleaning, testing, or measurement features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and EEB Consultancy LLC, not Apple. EEB Consultancy LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content, subject to applicable law.
Your use of the App must also comply with applicable Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App except as required by applicable law.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your App Store license. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple may enforce the applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
16. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or our practices.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
