This Privacy Policy explains how Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water ("the App"), provided by EEB Consultancy LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App.
We designed Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water to work primarily on your device and to minimize the collection of personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
We do not operate an account system or backend service for storing your speaker cleaning activity.
2. Microphone Access
The App includes a Noise Meter feature that requires access to your device's microphone.
Microphone input is used only while you actively use the Noise Meter to estimate the surrounding sound level. Audio processing for this feature takes place on your device.
The App does not record, save, upload, transmit, or share microphone audio.
Microphone access is subject to your permission. You may deny or revoke microphone access through your device settings. Doing so will prevent the Noise Meter from functioning but will not prevent you from using features that do not require microphone access.
3. Speaker Cleaning and Audio Processing
Features such as Water Eject, Dust Cleaning, Auto Clean, Tone Generator, and Speaker Tests generate and process audio locally on your device.
Audio generated by these features is not uploaded to our servers or used to identify or track you.
4. Vibration Features
Vibration Cleaning uses supported device haptic functionality to generate vibration. This functionality is performed locally on your device and does not require us to collect personal information.
5. 7 Day Cleaner and Local Data
The 7 Day Cleaner may store limited routine information locally on your device, such as your routine progress and reminder preference.
This information is used only to provide the feature and is not transmitted to EEB Consultancy LLC.
6. Notifications
If you choose to enable the Daily Reminder in the 7 Day Cleaner, the App may request permission to send local notifications.
Notification permission is optional. The reminder is scheduled locally on your device and can be disabled in the App or through your device settings.
7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Speaker Cleaner & Eject Water does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
We do not use the App to track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple system frameworks and operating system services necessary to provide its functionality, including audio, microphone, haptic, and notification functionality.
Your use of Apple devices and services is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms.
9. Data Retention
Because we do not collect or store your microphone recordings, cleaning activity, or account information on our servers, we do not maintain server-side records of this information.
Information stored locally by the App remains on your device until it is reset, removed by the App, or deleted as part of removing the App, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require an account and we do not intentionally collect personal information through the App, we do not knowingly maintain personal information about children through the App.
11. Security
We minimize privacy and security risks by performing the App's core audio processing locally and avoiding unnecessary collection or transmission of personal information.
However, no device, software, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our practices.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
