1. What No Cap Is
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of No Cap - Who Was Right? ("No Cap," "the App"), provided by EEB Consultancy LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
No Cap is an informational, AI-powered tool designed to help users think through everyday interpersonal disputes.
You provide information about a situation, and the App uses artificial intelligence, including Google's Gemini, to generate a perspective based on the information you submit.
No Cap is intended as a conversational and informational aid. Its output is not an authoritative determination of who is objectively right or wrong.
2. AI Output Disclaimer
Verdicts, summaries, reasoning, perspectives, mistake lists, resolutions, suggested responses, and other content produced by No Cap may be generated by artificial intelligence.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
No Cap generates its output based on the information you choose to provide. It does not independently verify the facts you submit and does not automatically obtain the perspective of other people involved in your situation.
Different wording, additional information, or repeated requests may produce different results.
You are responsible for independently evaluating any output before relying on it or acting on it.
3. No Professional Advice
No Cap does not provide legal, medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, or other professional advice.
Any section labeled or presented as a Legal Perspective, Psychological Perspective, or similar perspective is general AI-generated informational content only.
Use of the App does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, doctor-patient, financial-adviser, or other professional relationship between you and EEB Consultancy LLC.
If your situation requires professional guidance, you should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.
4. User Decisions and Reliance
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, communications, actions, and relationships.
No Cap should not be used as the sole basis for making important legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, relationship, or other significant decisions.
The App is not designed for emergencies, crisis situations, threats of violence, abuse intervention, self-harm situations, or other safety-critical circumstances.
If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional rather than relying on No Cap.
5. Your Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you submit to No Cap, including names, situation descriptions, evidence text, and clarification answers.
You should only submit content that you have the right to use and process. You are responsible for respecting the privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, and other rights of people whose information may appear in the content you submit.
Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, including government identification numbers, financial account details, detailed health records, or other highly sensitive personal information.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use No Cap to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Submit or generate content for unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or intentionally harmful purposes;
- Infringe the privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights of another person;
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, backend, or related systems;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected components of the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar mechanisms to access the service in a way that creates excessive or abusive traffic; or
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical safeguards, fair-use restrictions, request limits, or other protective measures.
7. Intellectual Property
No Cap, including its software, interface, design, branding, and other materials provided by EEB Consultancy LLC, is owned by or licensed to EEB Consultancy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You retain any rights you may have in the original content you submit to the App.
By submitting content to No Cap, you grant us a limited right to process that content only as necessary to operate the App and provide the features you request, including transmitting relevant content through our backend to third-party AI service providers such as Google Gemini.
8. Subscriptions
No Cap offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.
The App currently offers a Weekly subscription and a Monthly subscription. No yearly subscription is currently offered.
The actual price, billing period, and currency applicable to your purchase are displayed by Apple before you confirm the transaction. Pricing may vary by country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple's In-App Purchase system when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules. Apple handles subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment processing.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable policies.
If you have an existing active subscription associated with your Apple ID, you can use the App's Restore Purchases option to ask Apple's systems to restore the applicable entitlement.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or change features of No Cap from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the App, its AI features, third-party services, or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged.
Features that depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google Gemini, and Cloudflare, may also be affected by the availability or operation of those services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EEB Consultancy LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, No Cap.
This includes, without limitation, losses or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated output, communications sent based on that output, relationship decisions, lost data, service interruptions, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, No Cap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, neutral, fair, suitable, or reliable for your circumstances.
12. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to No Cap where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect users or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Any subscription must be managed separately through Apple's subscription settings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as No Cap, our services, or applicable requirements evolve.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of No Cap after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
