Basic troubleshooting

The app can't generate a design. Check your internet connection, then try again. Generation calls a remote AI service, so a slow or unstable connection can cause a timeout.

A generated design didn't turn out the way you expected. AI-generated results can vary between attempts, even from the same photo and style. Try adjusting the room type or style, retaking the photo in better lighting, or generating again.

The app is showing content in the wrong language. Home Lab AI follows your device's language setting by default; you can also set a language directly in Profile > Language.

A saved design is missing. Your design history is stored on your device. Reinstalling the app, deleting its data, or switching to a new device will not carry old history over automatically.

The app won't let me generate another design. Free use is limited; unlimited generations require a Home Lab AI Premium subscription. See below if you believe you're subscribed but the app disagrees.

Purchases & subscription support

Home Lab AI Premium (Weekly or Yearly) is billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID via the App Store — we never see or store your payment details.

Restore a purchase (e.g. after reinstalling, or on a new device signed into the same Apple ID): open Home Lab AI > Profile > Restore Purchases.
View, change, or cancel your subscription: on your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Home Lab AI, or manage.apple.com/subscriptions.
Billing questions or a refund request: these are handled by Apple, not us — see Apple's subscription support.
