These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AI Voice Changer: Sound FX (the "App"), provided by EEB Consultancy LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. The App
AI Voice Changer: Sound FX provides entertainment and audio-processing tools that may include voice effects, voice transformation, reverse audio, text-to-speech, video voice effects, prank sounds, and related audio features.
Features may be modified, improved, added, removed, or discontinued as the App develops.
2. On-Device Processing
Core voice, audio, text-to-speech, and video processing is performed locally on your device. The App does not require an account or a backend service operated by EEB Consultancy LLC to process your recordings.

3. Free and Premium Features
The App may provide certain functionality free of charge and reserve other functionality for subscribers.
The Prank Soundboard is currently available as a free feature. Premium functionality may include Voice Changer, Text to Speech, Reverse Voice, and Video Voice Effects.
We may change which features are free or premium in future versions, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium functionality.
Subscription options may include:
- Weekly Premium — $3.99 per week
- Yearly Premium — $29.99 per year
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars for reference. The actual price charged to you is the price displayed by Apple's App Store at the time of purchase and may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, or changes to App Store pricing.
The subscriptions currently do not include a free trial.
5. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase.
Unless canceled, an auto-renewable subscription automatically renews for another subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by Apple before the end of the current subscription period.
Billing, payment processing, renewals, and subscription administration are handled by Apple. EEB Consultancy LLC does not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.
6. Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must manage cancellation through Apple's subscription management system.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
7. Restore Purchases
The App provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible purchases. Subscription entitlements are verified using Apple's StoreKit services.
8. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and refund requests are therefore subject to Apple's applicable App Store policies and procedures.
9. Your Content
You retain responsibility for audio recordings, videos, text, and other content that you create, select, process, save, or share using the App.
EEB Consultancy LLC does not claim ownership of your original recordings or videos merely because you process them using the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use any content you import into, process with, or distribute using the App.
10. Sharing and Third-Party Services
The App may allow you to share processed audio or video through Apple's system sharing interface.
Once you choose to send content to another application, website, person, or service, that content may become subject to the terms, privacy practices, and policies of the recipient or third-party service.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, deceive, or harm another person.
- Impersonate another person for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Create or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties.
- Use altered voices or audio to misrepresent another person's identity or authorization.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the App except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
12. Voice Effects and Impersonation
Voice effects are provided for entertainment and creative audio-processing purposes.
You are solely responsible for how you use or distribute transformed audio. You must not use the App to falsely represent that another person made, approved, or participated in a recording when doing so would be unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringe that person's rights.
13. Text to Speech
Text-to-speech functionality relies on speech technologies provided by the operating system. Availability, voices, pronunciation, quality, and language support may vary by device, operating system version, region, and installed system voices.
14. Video Processing Limitations
Video Voice Effects may be subject to technical limits, including supported media formats, available device storage, processing performance, and maximum supported video duration.
The current version of the App may limit videos selected for voice processing to approximately five minutes.
15. Device and System Requirements
Certain functionality depends on compatible Apple hardware, iOS versions, microphone availability, media formats, storage space, and system services.
Performance and processing time may vary between devices.
16. App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue portions of the App. We do not guarantee that every feature or effect will remain available indefinitely.
Updates may also be required to maintain compatibility with future versions of iOS or Apple's services.
17. Intellectual Property
The App, excluding content owned by users or third parties, including its software, interface, design, branding, graphics, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to EEB Consultancy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party and open-source components included in the App remain subject to their respective licenses.
18. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that every voice effect will produce a particular result, that processing will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated or transformed content will meet every user's expectations.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EEB Consultancy LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and EEB Consultancy LLC, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App except as required by applicable law. Your use of the App must also comply with applicable App Store terms and policies.
21. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how the App handles information and user content.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our business, applicable laws, or App Store requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
