EEB Consultancy LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates AI Voice Changer: Sound FX (the "App"). We designed the App with privacy in mind. Core voice, audio, text-to-speech, and video processing is performed locally on your device. The App does not require a user account and we do not operate a backend server that receives your recordings, videos, or text.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or use your personal information for advertising or tracking.
The App does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, location, contacts, or other profile information.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and we do not access advertising identifiers such as IDFA.
2. Voice Recordings and Audio Processing
When you choose to record your voice, the App requests access to your device's microphone.
Voice recordings and voice effects are processed locally on your device. Your recordings are not uploaded to EEB Consultancy LLC or to a third-party voice-processing server.
Temporary audio files may be created on your device while recording or processing audio. If you choose to save a recording, it may remain stored locally within the App until you delete it or uninstall the App.
3. Voice Effects and Voice Transformation
Voice transformation features are performed locally using digital audio processing technologies.
The App does not create biometric voice profiles, identify users by their voice, or create personalized voice-cloning models from your recordings. Your recordings are not used by EEB Consultancy LLC to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Text to Speech
The Text to Speech feature uses Apple's system speech technologies. Text entered into this feature is not sent to a server operated by EEB Consultancy LLC.
If you choose to save generated speech within the App, limited text associated with that recording, such as part of the entered text used as a title, may be stored locally on your device.
5. Video Voice Effects
You may select a video using Apple's system media picker. Selected media is processed locally on your device.
The App may extract the video's audio, apply a selected voice effect, and combine the processed audio with the video. Your videos and their audio are not uploaded to our servers.
Processed videos may be stored locally within the App when you choose to save them.
6. Reverse Voice
Reverse Voice processing occurs locally on your device. Audio used with this feature is not transmitted to EEB Consultancy LLC or to a remote processing service.
7. Prank Soundboard
Prank Soundboard sounds are included with the App and are played locally on your device. Using the soundboard does not transmit your recordings or personal information to us.
8. Local Storage and Deletion
Content that you choose to save, including processed audio and videos, may be stored locally within the App's storage on your device.
Saved items can be deleted through the App's History functionality. Temporary files may also be created while content is being processed, and iOS may manage temporary storage according to its own system policies.
Deleting the App generally removes its locally stored application data from your device.
Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, locally stored App data may be included in backups managed by Apple, including iCloud device backups. EEB Consultancy LLC does not operate or control Apple's backup services.
9. Sharing Content
The App allows you to share certain audio and video content using Apple's system sharing interface. Sharing occurs only when you initiate it.
If you choose to share content with another application or service, that third party's privacy practices apply to the content you choose to share. We do not track which third-party services you use for sharing.
10. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Purchases, billing, subscription management, and payment processing are handled by Apple through StoreKit.
EEB Consultancy LLC does not receive or store your payment card or banking information.
11. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking
The App currently does not use third-party:
- Analytics services
- Advertising SDKs
- Behavioral tracking technologies
- Cross-app tracking
- Advertising identifiers
- Third-party crash-reporting services
We do not sell your personal information.
12. Internet and External Services
The App's core voice, audio, reverse-audio, text-to-speech, and video processing features are designed to operate without sending your content to a server operated by EEB Consultancy LLC.
Internet access may be required for Apple services such as App Store purchases and restoring subscriptions, or when you choose to open external pages such as this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, or the App Store.
13. Third-Party and Open-Source Technologies
The App uses Apple system frameworks and open-source audio-processing technologies to provide functionality such as audio effects, pitch and formant transformation, time stretching, and sound processing.
These locally integrated audio-processing components do not independently send your recordings to a backend operated by EEB Consultancy LLC.
14. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed to collect personal information from children or adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
Features with names such as "Child" describe audio effects only and do not involve collecting information about children.
15. Data Security
Core user content is processed locally and is not transmitted to a server operated by EEB Consultancy LLC. However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and for content that you choose to save or share.
16. Your Choices
You control whether to:
- Grant microphone access
- Select videos for processing
- Save generated content
- Delete saved content
- Share content with other applications
- Purchase a subscription
Because the App does not provide user accounts and we do not maintain a server-side database containing your App content, there is no separate account-deletion process.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App, applicable laws, or our privacy practices change. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
