These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Translator: Voice - Camera ("the App"), provided by EEB Consultancy LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App provides tools for text translation, voice translation, camera and photo translation, conversation translation, text-to-speech, translation history, favorites, and related language features.
You may use the App for lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple terms.
3. Translation Accuracy
Machine translation is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every context. Translations may contain errors, omissions, ambiguity, or differences in meaning.
You are responsible for reviewing translations before relying on them, particularly for legal, medical, financial, safety-related, professional, or other important communications.
4. Voice and Speech Recognition
Speech recognition may produce inaccurate or incomplete results because of pronunciation, accents, background noise, microphone quality, language availability, or other technical factors.
You should verify recognized and translated text before relying on it for important communications.
5. Camera, Photo and OCR Translation
Text recognition from images may be affected by image quality, lighting, orientation, font style, handwriting, text size, obstruction, or other factors.
Translated text displayed over an image is provided for convenience and may not perfectly reproduce the position, formatting, meaning, or appearance of the original content.
6. Language Availability
Translation, speech recognition, speech synthesis, OCR, and other language features may depend on your device, operating system, selected languages, region, internet connectivity, and Apple-provided technologies.
Some translation languages may require language resources to be downloaded before they can be used. Availability may change over time and is not guaranteed for every language or device.
7. Offline Functionality
Certain features may work without an internet connection when the required Apple language resources are available on your device. Other functionality may require network access depending on the language, device, system configuration, or Apple service being used.
We do not guarantee that every feature or language will always be available offline.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you enter, speak, photograph, select, translate, share, or otherwise process using the App.
You must ensure that your use of the App and any content processed through it complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its software or systems, reverse engineer the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, interface, and original content, is owned by or licensed to EEB Consultancy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.
11. Third-Party Technologies
The App relies on technologies and services provided by Apple, including technologies used for translation, speech recognition, speech synthesis, camera and photo access, language processing, and optical character recognition.
Availability and operation of these technologies may be subject to Apple's own terms, policies, system requirements, and service availability.
12. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or operate without interruption.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that translations, speech recognition, OCR, language detection, or other results will always be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EEB Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from reliance on translations or other results produced by the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, applicable laws, or our practices change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you based on your country or region of residence.
