1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Reverse Audio: Voice Flip ("the app," "we," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of the Application
Reverse Audio: Voice Flip is an iOS application that lets you record audio directly on your device and apply effects, including reversing your recordings. All recording and processing happens locally on your device. The app does not require an account or login to use, and it does not host or provide cloud synchronization for your recordings.
3. Free Features
The app is available for use with a set of free features that let you record, reverse, and play back audio on your device without any purchase. Certain features may be limited or gated for free use, with the option to unlock additional functionality through a Premium Subscription as described below.
5. Billing and Renewal
All subscriptions are billed and processed through Apple's billing system. The app does not process payment information directly and never has access to your card details, billing information, or Apple ID credentials. Weekly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing.
6. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to Premium features until that period ends. The app does not process cancellations or refunds directly — all subscription management is handled through Apple.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of Reverse Audio: Voice Flip and its developers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Voice recordings you create using the app remain your own property. Since the app does not host your recordings, we do not claim any ownership over content you create.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the recordings you create using the app and for ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws, including obtaining any necessary consent before recording others. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Because recordings are stored only on your device and are not backed up or hosted by us, you are responsible for safeguarding your own recordings, including through your device's own backup features if you choose to use them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverse Audio: Voice Flip and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of recordings stored on your device. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the app's functionality. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
