1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cleaner AI: Free Up Space ("Cleaner AI", "the App").
Cleaner AI is provided by EEB Consultancy LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Cleaner AI provides device-management and organization tools that may include photo and video analysis, duplicate and similar-media detection, blurry-photo identification, screenshot identification, large-video identification, photo and video compression, storage analysis, contact-management tools, calendar-management tools, and a private Vault.
Features may vary depending on your device, operating-system version, permissions, geographic region, and App version.
3. Eligibility and Device Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and operating system meet the technical requirements necessary to install and use Cleaner AI.
Some features require access to protected device resources such as Photos, Contacts, Calendar, Face ID, or Touch ID. Features dependent on those resources may not function if permission is denied or unavailable.
4. Availability of Features
The version of Cleaner AI covered by these Terms does not require an in-app subscription or purchase to access its available features.
Feature availability may vary depending on your device, operating-system version, granted permissions, geographic region, and App version.
We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain permanently available in the same form.
5. Photos and Videos
Cleaner AI may analyze your Photos library to help identify duplicate, similar, blurry, screenshot, large-video, or other media categories.
Analysis results are provided as assistance and may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing selected media before confirming any deletion, modification, compression, or other action.
Cleaner AI does not guarantee that automated or algorithmic classification will identify every duplicate, similar item, blurry image, or unnecessary file.
6. Deletion of Photos and Videos
Media deletion requires user action.
You are solely responsible for confirming that selected items should be deleted. Before deleting important media, you should maintain appropriate backups.
Deletion behavior is also subject to Apple's Photos framework and iOS behavior, including the Recently Deleted album where applicable.
7. Photo and Video Compression
Cleaner AI may create compressed versions of selected photos or videos.
Compression may reduce file size and may also reduce image or video quality depending on the settings selected by you.
You are responsible for reviewing compression settings and retaining original files where preserving original quality is important.
8. Contacts
Cleaner AI may provide tools that identify potential duplicate or incomplete contacts and may allow you to merge or modify contact records.
Contact analysis may produce false positives or may fail to identify some duplicates. You are responsible for reviewing suggested changes before confirming them.
9. Calendar
Cleaner AI may identify old or potentially duplicate calendar events and may provide options to delete selected events.
Calendar analysis may not account for every recurrence rule, external calendar behavior, synchronization state, or third-party calendar service.
You are responsible for reviewing events before confirming deletion.
10. Private Vault
Cleaner AI may provide a local private Vault for storing selected media.
Vault content may be protected by a PIN and, where supported, Face ID or Touch ID.
You are responsible for remembering your PIN and maintaining the security of your device.
Deleting the App, losing or damaging the device, resetting device data, or losing access to backups may result in permanent loss of Vault content.
Cleaner AI is not intended to function as your sole archival or backup solution for irreplaceable data.
11. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Cleaner AI lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- use the App in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the App to access or modify data you are not authorized to control;
- distribute malicious code through or in connection with the App; or
- misuse the App in a manner that could damage the App, Apple services, or other users.
12. Intellectual Property
Cleaner AI, including its software, interface, design, graphics, branding, text, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to EEB Consultancy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable platform rules.
13. Apple Standard EULA
Cleaner AI is distributed through Apple's App Store.
Unless a separate custom end-user license agreement is provided through App Store Connect, your license to use Cleaner AI is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory terms imposed by Apple for App Store distribution, the applicable Apple terms will control to the extent required.
14. Third-Party and Apple Services
Cleaner AI relies on Apple frameworks, platform services, and App Store infrastructure.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, account restrictions, platform changes, or other matters controlled by Apple or independent third parties.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaner AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, compatible with every device configuration, or capable of identifying every unnecessary, duplicate, similar, blurry, or large media item.
You remain responsible for reviewing and backing up important data before performing destructive or irreversible actions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EEB Consultancy LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Cleaner AI.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of media, loss of contacts, loss of calendar information, loss of Vault content, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Changes to the App
We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Cleaner AI from time to time.
We may release updates that are necessary for security, compatibility, performance, legal compliance, or functionality.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of Cleaner AI after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
19. Termination
You may stop using Cleaner AI at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary to address misuse, legal requirements, security concerns, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and Apple's platform rules.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdiction-specific rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Where Apple's Standard EULA specifies additional governing-law or jurisdiction provisions, those provisions also apply as required.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Apple terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of Cleaner AI.
